Phil Edholm of Lookout Pass Ski &
Recreation Area to Speak About the
"New Master Development Plan for Lookout Pass"

Edholm is the President and CEO of Lookout Associates, LLC and Managing Partner
of Lookout Pass Ski & Recreation Area.
He has served
over 30 years in the ski industry as President and/or General Manager of eight
ski resorts including Elk Meadows Resort, Utah; Mt. Shasta Ski Park & June
Mountain, California; and as the Olympic Plaza and Guest Services Director at
Squaw Valley Ski Corporation.
In 2003 he was elected President of the Inland
Northwest Ski Areas Association, and in 2006 was elected President of the Idaho
Ski Areas Association. Phil has also
served as a Director for the California Ski Industry Association, Ski Utah
Association, and the Montana Ski Areas Association.
While as a ski resort operator in Utah, he was
selected to serve on Governor Mike Leavitt’s Rural Economic Development Committee.
He has received numerous recognition awards including
a Distinguished Service Award from the National Ski Patrol organization and an
award from Eunice Kennedy Shriver for his work with Special Olympians.
Phil has designed ski trails at a number of resorts
and has supervised various ski lift construction projects, base area
developments and real estate projects.
He started as a ski patroller at Lake Tahoe and worked
his way through the ranks to further his career.
Phil & Wyn Edholm live in Osborn and have three
daughters.
